| |  | Ed Kuna’s practice consists primarily of advising individuals, private and public companies and financial institutions on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ed served as in-house counsel for the commercial division of one of the nation's largest diversified financial institutions.

Serves as outside general counsel to the North American division of one of the world's premier multinational forest product manufacturers operating on five continents;

Represents institutional lenders and borrowers in connection with multi-million dollar credit facilities, both secured and unsecured and including multi-lender syndicated credits;

Advises clients in connection with the negotiation and administration of troubled credits, including negotiation of out of court restructuring and forbearance arrangements;

Serves as legal counsel in various capacities in connection with tax-exempt financing transactions;

Acts as counsel to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of commercial and industrial properties, including negotiating agreements of sale and leases, due diligence and title clearance, environmental assessment, remediation and indemnity issues and real estate financing transactions;

Represents corporate clients on a variety of other transactional matters, including stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, private placement of equity and debt securities and joint ventures.
